On arrival at Tree Elle champagne was served. Great Southern wines were available to taste and enjoy with the meal.In the true Italian style, guests were seated at a long table in the garden room. The producers of the scrumptious cuisine acquainted the guest with the picnic box contents. This was followed by free range chicken and whole pig hot from the barbeque oven with organically grown salad from the garden.
The feast concluded with fruit compote, ginger honey icecream, fresh fruit, cheese, chocolate and espresso coffee while musicians entertain against the backdrop of garden and exhibition of sculptures.

In keeping with the PIAF theme of the human family, Denmark Fuiloro East Timor Association outlined the support given to children in East Timor.
Picnic On The Green at Tree Elle has evolved from the celebration of Earthly Pleasures Slow Food Long Table Lunch March 2006. The objective remains the same, the celebration of Great Southern food can ensure the products continue and the food's future production is guaranteed.
The main Garden hosted an Art display whilst the MANDALA MUSICIANS played original and traditional music on instrument such as-
